Our products are custom-made, and production begins 24 hours after your order is placed. This means cancellations and amendments must be made within this 24-hour window. For defective items, please email us photo evidence within 5 days of receipt. General returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, with items unused and in original condition, for store credit.

Due to our handcraft-to-order principle, orders are non-refundable, though sale items can be exchanged for size. If a return is due to our error, we cover shipping costs; otherwise, the buyer is responsible. Each return request is reviewed individually.
