Order Amendments and Cancellations:

  • To cancel or amend your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Our clothing is custom-made, and production begins after 24 hours.

Defective Items:

  • Email us photo evidence within 5 days of receiving defective items.

General Returns:

  • For general returns, email us at info@ynwafans.com.
  • Our products are custom-made, and the return policy lasts 30 days from delivery.
  • Only unused items in their original condition are eligible for store credit.
  • Partial credit may be granted under certain conditions.
  • Items not meeting eligibility criteria or contacted after 30 days are not eligible.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement for our 'Handcrafted To Order' business model.

International Orders and Sale Items:

  • No refunds or exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States.
  • Sale items are eligible for size exchange only unless defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is our error, we cover shipping costs.
  • If not our error, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
